What exactly do I get for $297 a month?
The full ShorelineHQ system, a professional website, hosting, and your Google Business Profile set up properly. The website is included, not extra.
Is the website really free?
Yes, while you're subscribed. We build it, host it, and maintain it. If you ever leave and want to keep it, there's a one-time $1,500 buyout. It's yours to take — we're just not giving away the build for free.
Am I locked into a contract?
The setup fee is waived if you commit to twelve months. If you'd rather go month-to-month, you pay the setup fee up front and can cancel any time.
I already use Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan / Jobber. Does this replace it?
No, and it shouldn't. Those handle dispatch, invoicing, and job costing. We handle everything that happens before the job is booked and after it's finished — the follow-up, the reviews, the campaigns. They work alongside each other.
How long until it's live?
Ten to fourteen business days once we have your content and account access.
What do I actually have to do?
About two hours total. One onboarding call, one round of content, and one review of the site before it goes live. After that it runs.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use text messages, you can use this. Everything important happens on your phone.
What if I need something custom built?
Custom workflows and campaigns are $297 each, quoted before any work starts. Nothing gets built without your approval.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. Most of the system is remote, and clients are spread across several states.
Do you work with more than one HVAC company in the same area?
No. Service areas are exclusive. If your market's taken, we'll tell you rather than sell you something that competes with an existing client.
What happens to my existing customer list?
It gets imported, cleaned, and put to work. For most businesses this is where the fastest results come from — the money is usually in the customers you already have.
